10.01.2020 - Maintenance disrupting aleno emails
A planned maintenance will be occurring with one of aleno’s Email Service Providers (Mandrill / MailChimp) on Saturday, January 11 from 07:00 - 13:00 CET. This will delay the sending of all aleno emails. All emails will be queued and sent after the maintenance window closes.
Following outbound emails will be impacted:
- Reservation emails: Confirmation, Cancellation, Provisional, Dismissed, Review, Group request
- System emails: Password reset, User invitation, Account transfer, Email Confirmation
Inbound emails (only for customers with msgIn):
- Replies from your guests to msgIn will respond with an error to the according mail system during the maintenance. Common email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) will resend emails automatically when the service is available again.
- During the maintenance we will display an information in the last step of the widget, that the email will be delayed and sent after the maintenance window closes.
